Sliced Sausage Sandwich

I always order the sausage sandwich with their homemade pork rinds and a frozen lemonade - always!! And my six-year-old always insists on the Brussels sprouts if that says anything!

Brisket Melt

The brisket melt is one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The meat is tender and tasty perfectly blended with melted cheese and that spicy horseradish sauce on the side makes an incredible bite. I am always happy when I leave JAC's!

JAC'd Up Sandwich

This sandwich is the BOMB! It has a little bit of everything that you want in a BBQ sandwich. I'd recommend having it with the spicy BBQ sauce to take it up to that next level, but it's fantastic as is. I've never had anything at Jac's that isn't excellent, but if you've not try the Jac'd Up, DO IT!!!

3 Meat Plate

My first time trying Jacs Craft Smokehouse were 4/15. They ribs are to die for! I love them so much and it do fall off the bone. If I know they 3 meat plate meal is great then I know the whole menu is delicious. They have great friendly team player staff there. The environment is a great place to enjoy your food. I love it!

Brisket Melt

I usually don't enjoy BBQ sandwiches because some places tend to not care as much for the meat when it's going in between two slices of bread. Not so with Jac's. I've been a customer for awhile but always ordered meat by the pound or smoked meatloaf when they would serve it. Tried out the Brisket Melt after a recommendation from a friend and now I'll have a hard time ordering anything else. The Rye Bread is perfect for this type of sandwich and that sauce adds a great tangy flavor I didn't know I needed with a BBQ sandwich until now. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but this one is my favorite. Glad to have craft BBQ in the Twin Cities!
